General
AMD data encoding can start when the necessary geographic information, aeronautical information and basic knowledge regarding the structure of created feature is available.
From the geographical point of view, the ATCBlindSpot represents a geographical location on an aerodrome movement area that is not visible to ATC personnel due to obstructions and is not designated as a Hot Spot. Several points from the outer border of the area nonvisible to the ATC shall be measured. The key attributes are the longitude, latitude and the elevation in reference with WGS-84.
