Introduction

This section shows how the basic data types used in the ED-99/DO-272 standard are mapped to the basic types in AIXM 5.1.1. It covers the mapping of the default values from ED-99/DO-272 to the GML nilReason codelist used by AIXM 5.1.1. Finally, it maps the ED-99/DO-272 codelist and enumeration values to the relevant AIXM 5.1.1. element.
