It seems that this attribute in ED99 is intended to contain a published/rounded value for a survey control point, as opposed to the surveyed value that is modelled by geopnt. If this is correct, then it better maps as an annotation in AIXM 5.1. Having two associations with ElevatedPoint, one for a real value and one for a rounded value could be confusing. Otherwise, why only here and not also for THR, ARP and other surveyed points?
