Processes and Procedures

Low Visibility:

Weather information available 24/7 through personal consultation by phone. The "Low Visibility Preparation Phase" will start when visibility falls below 1500m and/or ceiling is at or below 300ft, and CAT II/III operations are expected.
The "Low Visibility Operations Phase" will start when RVR falls below 800m or ceiling is below 200ft.
LVO will be terminated when RVR is greater than 800m and ceiling is higher than 200ft, and a continuing improvement in these conditions is expected by the Skeyes Met Service.

De-icing:

Both remote and on-stand operations (20/80 ratio). Remote de-icing on 3 ad hoc platforms, opened/closed by Airside Inspection in relation with active RWY config. Dedicated de-icing location, requiring engine shut down, for a/c parked on apron 9 and taking off from RWY07R
