No formal procedure exist, but ATCO's are trying tactically to enable CCO's for each departing flight.
Even if CCO's are not measured continuously, skeyes sporadically monitors CCO's performance through Eurocontrol Aviation Intelligence Portal.
Compared to CDO's, CCO's levels are quite optimal. skeyes is therefore focusing on CDO monitoring and performance.
