Regular performance reports
The DPM provides two kinds of regular reports: i) A data link network operational status report every month and ii) monitoring flights reports some time after a specific monitoring flight has taken place (planned twice a year).
The performance reports from 2021 onwards assess performance of data link above the level from which each ATSU provides the data link service, using a single level for each centre as described in the Implementation Status Table.
A new set of metric definitions have been agreed in March 2022 and all stakeholders are asked not to use the terms defined unless following the definition contained in the Data link Performance Metrics Definitions Document .

In addition to these regular reports, ANSPs and Aircraft operators can access online performance data for their own operations via different stakeholder dashboards.
User Satisfaction Survey
In early 2019 the DPMF conducted a survey of flight crew and air traffic controllers using data link in Europe. A summary of the results is published below:
