This page shows the set of data link performance statistics at the level of the ATM Network (i.e. in principle all ANSPs but currently only Maastricht UAC and Skyguide are providing data) for the preceding year for ATN equipped aircraft. The set of graphs is currently limited as the tool to create them is still under validation. There is a corresponding set of graphs for FANS equipped aircraft. Click on the graph to bring up a description of what the metric is measuring. Performance targets are identified for some of these parameters underneath the corresponding graphs. These targets are derived from requirements given in ED120 as explained in the Link 2000+ DLS CRO Performance Monitoring requirements document available from the CRO library.
General Performance Measures
Technical Round Trip Delay Trend
The target figure for the 95th percentile is 16 seconds and for the 99th percentile it is 20 seconds.
Provider Aborts Count Trend
The target figure is 1 PA per 100 hours of CPDLC.
