The DLIC Contact Continuity is a part of the performance statistics gathered for context management. It is the probability that the DLIC contact transaction completes before the expiration timer expires (120s).

If no corresponding contact response is received within 120 seconds of the contact request being sent a “contact expired event” is counted. This may be because the response was received too late or because the contact request was not succesful.

DLIC Contact Continuity = 1 – (number of contact expired events / total number of contact requests transmitted)
