DLIC Contact Transaction Delay

The DLIC Contact Transaction Delay (DCTD) is a part of the context management performance statistics. It measures the time taken to complete the contact function.

DLIC CONTACT TRANSACTION DELAY

The ANSP ground system records the time at which the Contact Request was sent and the corresponding Contact Response was received.

DCTD = Contact response reception time – Contact request transmission time
